Job summary

Axis Insurance Managers Inc. is hiring for an Account Executive, Private Client across Canada. You will develop and implement marketing strategies to grow a Personal insurance book, manage a sales pipeline, and secure new business opportunities.

You will maintain client relationships with insurers, quote and bind coverage, and pursue cross-sell opportunities while meeting revenue targets. Strong service and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Personal insurance experience.
• License BC or equivalent license for the province of residence, with ability to obtain BC license.
• CAIB, CIP, CRM or other insurance designations considered an asset.
• Post Secondary Degree considered an asset.
• Experience using EPIC broker management system an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to grow and manage a Personal insurance book of business, maintaining a sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
• Ensure clients have the necessary coverage, quote and bind coverage, and cross-/up-sell additional coverage where possible.
• Sell brokerage services to achieve target revenue and activity quotas.
• Conduct regular review meetings with existing clients to service and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with clients and underwriters so pricing and claims handling stay favorable.
