Job summary
Elevator Services Group is seeking experienced elevator mechanics to service and maintain elevators, moving walkways, and escalators for clients that require relocation to the United States. You will oversee installation, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety tests are completed.
Ideal candidates have advanced knowledge of elevator systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and can work after hours when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of experience as a qualified Elevator Device Mechanic.
- Willing to relocate to the US within 30-45 days of work authorization.
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings and visa requirements.
- Experience with installation, maintenance, testing, and safety checks.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the installation of elevators, mechanical walkways, and escalators.
- Responding to mechanical failures and system malfunctions.
- Installing and testing electrical systems.
- Servicing and maintaining machine parts.
- Repairing or replacing system parts.
- Oilng and greasing moving parts.
- Carrying out safety checks.
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining a clean working area.
