Job summary

Amico Major Projects Inc. in Ontario is seeking a capable Guideway Coordinator to support the Elevated Guideways and Stations Contract for the Ontario Line.

You will assist the project manager with day-to-day coordination and reporting. The role requires 2–4 years in construction coordination on large infrastructure, knowledge of CM software and MS Office, and the ability to work with design teams and subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience as construction coordinator or similar role on large infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the elevated guideway project manager with day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate with design teams to track design changes.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with standards and schedules.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet milestones.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
