The Upper Canada District School Board is seeking an Elementary Long Term Occasional Teacher for French Immersion - Grade 4/5/6. This 1.0 FTE position requires OCT in Good Standing, with qualifications in Junior and French as a Second Language. Special Education qualifications are an asset.

Positions are filled in accordance with applicable collective agreements. Applicants must provide current and two most recent direct supervisor references. The board may use AI tools in screening.

Elementary Long Term Occasional Teacher

Elementary LTO positions are filled with the FTE as posted.

Qualifications:

• Must have OCT in Good Standing.

• Required Qualifications in Junior, FSL.
• Qualifications in Special Education would be an asset

UCDSB requires your current and two most recent direct supervisors.

If your experience is in a day-to-day occasional capacity ensure that you list the length of time that you worked for that Supervisor and whether the assignment was casual day-to-day or in a long-term occasional capacity.

Placement Teacher References: If providing a Placement Teacher as a reference, The UCDSB will require confirmation and approval from the Principal at the Placement School that the deferred reference (Placement Teacher) is approved to provide reference on behalf of the Principal.

The UCDSB does not accept colleagues or personal references.

Selection Process:

Positions are filled in accordance with the UCDSB/ETFO-OT Collective Agreement and/or PPM 165 where applicable.
