Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining properties with white linen service
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet dining expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across residents and guests
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Ability to communicate clearly and use tact and discretion with residents and families
• Willingness to obtain Smart Serve or other approved alcohol service certificate if required
• Willingness to obtain Food Handler's Certificate if required
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and respond with urgency when needed
• Previous hotel dining experience preferred
