Job description

AIM Instrumentation , Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada

This is a part-time remote role for an Electronic Technician preferably located in B.C. The Electronic Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and systems. They will also assist in the installation and calibration of electronic devices, and provide technical support to customers.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and components
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with processors, especially older technology, is an asset.
