You designed it. Now see it get built.
What if your engineering work didn’t end when the drawing was complete?
We’re working with an established Canadian engineering and manufacturing company that designs and builds VFDs, motor control systems, switchgear, industrial control panels, and automation solutions used in demanding industrial applications across North America.
This is an opportunity for an engineer who wants to be close to the product. You’ll take electrical designs and turn them into practical, buildable systems while working directly with production, suppliers, and other engineers.
You’ll solve real-world problems, improve designs and processes, and see your work move from schematic to finished product.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering and production. You’ll be responsible for:
Within your first 12–24 months, you’ll have helped strengthen the connection between engineering and production.
Success will include:
Most importantly, you’ll be able to walk onto the shop floor and see products you helped design being built.
$100,000–$120,000 base salary, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Plus:
This is more than a role focused on producing drawings.
As you establish yourself, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater technical responsibility and become a key contributor in design quality, manufacturability, process improvement, and production execution.
If you’re an engineer who wants to see your work move from schematic to finished product, this could be worth a conversation.
If you enjoy practical engineering, solving real-world problems, and working closely with the people who build what you design, we’d like to hear from you.
