Job summary

CHEP is seeking an Electromechanic in Boucherville, QC to service and repair pallet equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance and quick repairs while upholding CHEP safety, quality and productivity standards.

Training and guidance will be provided, with a focus on maintenance excellence. The role requires experience in mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics and basic electrical work, plus welding/fabrication skills as an asset.

Qualifications

• DEP in electromechanics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years in an Industrial Maintenance role.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulics and basic electrical.
• Minor welding and fabrication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support within the Pallet Service Centre; perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Follow safety, security and productivity standards; adhere to CHEP quality criteria.
• Assist with training, policies and regulations as required.
