Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Production Operator in Saint-Laurent, QC to repair damaged pallets weighing 50–70 lbs with speed and precision. You’ll support service centre operations through inspection, sorting, and repair while upholding CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture. This is a fast-paced, quota-driven role with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required).
• 1-3 years of general labour, construction, carpentry, landscaping or similar experience.
• 1-3 years of power tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse duties and contribute to a Zero Harm safety culture.
• Assist with general tasks to maintain production flow and quality.
