Job summary

CHEP is seeking an Industrial Mechanic for its Edmonton, AB service centre. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and repairs, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in line with CHEP standards.

You will work a night shift from Sunday to Thursday, earning a starting wage of $43.98–$45.13 per hour plus shift premiums and monthly performance-based incentives, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Industrial Millwright license or mechanical trade certificate.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an Industrial Maintenance role.
• Experience in troubleshooting Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Basic Electrical knowledge.
• Minor welding and fabrication skills.
• Dual trade ticket with Electrical license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs at the service centre.
• Ensure safety, security and productivity while meeting CHEP quality criteria.
• Follow training, policies and regulations in daily maintenance tasks.
