Role Description
- Executes preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks on machinery, CNC equipment, and facilities according to written or verbal instructions.
- Calibrates select equipment using approved standards and procedures.
- Participates in troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical equipment.
Qualifications
- Respect all safety and health regulations in place at FTAI Aviation.
- Have completed recognized training or have equivalent experience in the trade.
- Hold an electrical certificate license (CE; formerly License C).
- Be able to troubleshoot and repair production equipment and utilities.
- Respect assigned deadlines and due dates.
- Have PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Be capable and competent to perform all work of the trade in accordance with approved standards and documented instructions.
- Use appropriate tools, methods, techniques, and equipment necessary to perform a variety of maintenance and select calibration tasks.
- Possess sufficient knowledge of materials, specifications, and blueprint reading to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Create detailed records of executed tasks in manual or electronic form.

Language Requirements
Intermediate level knowledge of English is necessary for aeronautical personnel to meet regulatory requirements, understand technical procedures and instructions, and document entries regarding work performed on the aeronautical product for customers outside Quebec.
