Hood Packaging Corporation in East Angus is seeking an experienced Electromechanic for our plant. The role ensures safe, reliable operation of production equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will diagnose, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and adjust equipment to maintain peak performance. A DEC/DEP in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics with electrical training and 3–5 years' experience are

Qualifications

• College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics with electrical training, or an equivalent qualification.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and make necessary adjustments to maximize equipment performance.

SCOPE OF POSITION
