Job description

Omra Electric is looking to hire Foreman, Red Seal Journeyperson Electricians, Lead Hands and Apprentice Electricians for multiple project locations around Greater Vancouver. As an Electrician at Omra Electric , you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for various projects.

What You Will Do :

• Perform electrical work as required.
• Perform quality installs meeting company and code standards.
• Complete accurate and detailed paperwork.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints.
• Proactively assess risks and develop plans to align with safety regulations.
• Maintain a high level of safety and professionalism.
• Install various types of equipment and electrical services.
• Report all potential replacement equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using various equipment.

What You Will Bring :

• Canadian Red Seal
• Pre-Apprentice to 4th Year Electrical Apprentice
• FSR A or B, is an asset
• Knowledge of the CEC.
• Can read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent service, maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently, manager time effectively and work with mulitple deadlines.
• Valid Driver’s licence.
