Responsibilities :

• Distribution Specialist :

Distribution Equipment Install : Generator, UPS, ATS, CDP, Substations, Electrical Rooms

• Testing and Terminations

System Wiring

• Testing and Terminations
• Troubleshooting

Fiber and Cat6a

IO testing and Terminations for Automated systems.

• Electrical Maintenance and Tenant Improvement

Working Conditions :

• New Construction
• Projects located out in the Valley area
• Working at heights
• Must be clean shaven

Preferred Qualifications :

• Certification as a Red Seal Electrician
• Excellent knowledge of industry products, practices, and standards.
• Current knowledge of electrical, building, and municipal codes and regulations.
• Commitment to the ownership of issues and execution of solutions.
• Positive attitude towards safety with the ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of the data / communication industry is an asset.

Physical Requirements :

• Stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25kg
• Exposure to hazards such as heights, power tools, slips, falls, falling objects, and sharp hand tools
• Work with full face mask in CSE
