Job summary

Brandt is seeking an Electrician for our Brandt Developments Division at the Regina, SK location. You will join a collaborative trades team responsible for maintenance, renovations and supervising subcontractors on various projects, while delivering quality work on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on construction experience, strong organization and communication skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to travel as needed. Journeyman certificate is an asset.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
  • Familiar with small to large construction projects.
  • Journeyman certificate considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Building maintenance and repairs
  • Complete small renovation projects
  • Supervise activities of subcontractor’s personnel on larger jobs to ensure that work is being performed in compliance with Brandt’s standards
  • Complete all work in accordance with Brandt’s safety procedures
  • Complete all work within schedule and budget
  • Work with foremen, project managers and designers to manage issues in design, material supply and coordination

Brandt is currently seeking an Electrician for our Brandt Developments Division for our Regina, SK location.

What You Will Be Responsible For

We’re looking for experienced tradesmen that are passionate about construction and take pride in their work. Backed by a strong support team, this is a great opportunity to work together with a skilled team on small, medium and large construction projects.

  • Building maintenance and repairs
  • Complete small renovation projects
  • Supervise activities of subcontractor’s personnel on larger jobs to ensure that work is being performed in compliance with Brandt’s standards
  • Complete all work in accordance with Brandt’s safety procedures
  • Complete all work within schedule and budget
  • Work with the foremen, project managers and designers to manage issues in design, material supply and coordination.
What We Look For

We’re interested in a variety of experience levels, including apprentices and journeymen. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for construction
  • Excellent organization & communication skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent work ethic including the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • The ability to travel as necessary
  • Journeyman Trades Certificate is considered an asset
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
