Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Regina is seeking a service-driven maintenance professional focused on commercial plumbing systems and boiler operations. You will handle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, including small renovations, while coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

You’ll work locally on diverse properties, demonstrate strong organization and communication, and operate with minimal supervision in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with service and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting ability for boiler and water systems.
• Excellent organization and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Building maintenance and repairs with a focus on service and maintenance.
• Service and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems including boiler systems and commercial water systems.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective repairs.
• Complete small renovation projects.
• Supervise subcontractor personnel to ensure Brandt standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders for quality, safety and completion.
• Work in accordance with Brandt safety procedures and budgets.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Building maintenance and repairs with a strong focus on service and maintenance
• Service and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems including boiler systems and commercial water systems
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective repairs to support safe and reliable operation of building systems
• Complete small renovation projects
• Supervise activities of subcontractor personnel to ensure that work is being performed in compliance with Brandt’s standards
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and completion of work
• Complete all work in accordance with Brandt’s safety procedures
• Complete all work within schedule and budget
• Work alone in a service environment across large, diverse commercial properties
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have a passion for service and maintenance
• Must have strong troubleshooting ability with commercial plumbing systems
• Must have service or maintenance experience in the plumbing trade including boiler systems and commercial water systems
• Excellent organization and communication skills – written and verbal
• Excellent work ethic including the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable and dependable with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Work is local to Regina
