Qualifications

• Electricien (journeyman) valide (CCQ) avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience.
• Connaissance des systèmes électriques et des méthodes de câblage.
• Capacité à travailler en hauteur et dans des espaces confinés.

Responsibilities

• Installer, entretenir et réparer les systèmes électriques conformément aux normes.
• Lire et interpréter les plans techniques pour déterminer la configuration des systèmes.
• Effectuer la maintenance préventive pour assurer le bon fonctionnement.

Job description

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, accessories, and equipment (in compliance with local electrical codes and standards)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and configuration of electrical systems
• Install and maintain electrical distribution systems, including transformers, distribution boards, circuit breakers, and control panels
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair lighting systems (indoor and outdoor)
• Wire and connect various electrical equipment (generators, motors, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, fire alarms, and security systems)
• Identify faults and malfunctions or potential hazards, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting electrical equipment) to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and electrical hazards, in order to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other trades, contractors, and team members involved in the construction and maintenance of the resort.

Qualifications :

• Valid Electrician (Journeyman) (CCQ) with at least 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, electrical codes, and safety regulations.
• Reading and interpreting electrical plans, schematics, and technical drawings.
