  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment
  • Install, alter, and maintain various electrical systems and related industrial equipment in a production environment equipment/machinery
  • Troubleshoot PLC controls & instrumentation on a wide variety Industrial applications
  • Work as part of a team to troubleshoot and repair equipment, including disassembling and reassembling Electrical equipment/machinery
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, to ensure compliance with codes
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance program for plant equipment
  • Perform work in a manner consistent with plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks
  • Be part of an effective work planning process that utilizes SAP work orders, planners, and parts staging
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess Journeyman Certification with at least 1 year experience as industrial electrician required; 3 years working experience preferred
  • Instrumentation & PLC programming experience preferred ($4.50 premium/hour for Instrumentation ticketholders)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a continuous learning mind set and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to take initiative and ability to work independently with limited supervision
