Job description

This role involves working on a large 200-unit multi-family development project. The primary task is to run conduit and power from the central distribution panel / main distribution panel in the parkade to the elevators.

Responsibilities

• Run conduit and power from the central distribution panel / main distribution panel to elevators.
• Ensure electrical installations are compliant with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other construction team members to meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
• Journeyman or 3rd year+ electrician certification.
• Experience with electrical, conduit, and construction work.
• Proven experience in large scale residential or commercial projects.
• Familiarity with CDP / MDP systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family construction projects.
