- Journeyman Electrician RED Seal.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, distribution or automated plant operations considered an asset.
- Ability to lift 50‑70 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights and see clearly at 35 feet or more.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams.
- Correct use of maintenance tools and machine shop equipment.
- High degree of electrical troubleshooting skills and an understanding of safe practices within electrical code.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management programs.
- Good communicator on the phone when dealing with technical support.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Valid Arial Work Platform Safety Training certificate considered an asset.
- Valid Fall Protection certificate; valid Forklift certificate considered an asset.
