Randstad Canada is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer for Lines & Interconnections in Edmonds, BC. The role focuses on safe, high-quality, timely project delivery within budget for overhead lines and underground cables up to 500 kV.

The candidate should hold an Electrical Engineering degree and be P.Eng eligible, with 4+ years in substation/transmission projects. This is a full-time contract position reporting to the Director and Project Controller.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Eligible or registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with EGBC.
• Experience in substation, transmission lines or protection and control is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare design deliverables and scope with estimates and schedules.
• Create signed/sealed designs as PoR per EGBC and Practice.
• Provide technical guidance and field support during construction.
• Manage design tasks including scope, schedule and cost.
