THE OPPORTUNITY
Western Forest Products is seeking an Electrical Systems Manager based in Vancouver, WA.
What You’ll Do: As the Electrical Systems Manager, you will oversee strategic planning, specification, procurement, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including infrastructure, power supply, motors, controls, instrumentation, and optimization. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, project management, maintenance programs, and personnel development to support organizational goals.
Who You Are: You are an experienced electrical leader with a background in manufacturing or lumber industries, with over 5 years of PLC and crew supervision experience. You possess deep knowledge of electrical systems, codes, troubleshooting, and hands-on skills in PLCs such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Rockwell software. Safety-conscious, solutions-oriented, and an effective communicator, you excel in fast-paced, problem-solving environments.
