Job summary

JAE Consulting Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support multiple facilities within our North American client network. You will lead projects, perform risk assessments, ensure safety compliance, and drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Travel to facilities to review processes, read PLC code, and oversee electrical systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and RSLogix is required, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years practical experience in an electrical engineer role.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and contracts.
• Skilled at reading and drawing single line diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Review and recommend improvements to electrical systems as part of continuous improvement efforts.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives through new equipment technologies and process reviews.
• Travel to different facilities to review existing processes and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain equipment by following manufacturer instructions to minimize downtime.
• Oversee motors, MCCs and Multilin; optimize motor performance.
