Curtiss-Wright in Mississauga is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in naval machinery design. You will design analogue and digital circuits, maintain electronic systems, and lead projects from planning through qualification testing.

Travel to client sites may be required, and adherence to QMS is essential. The role involves interfacing with mechanical, software, test, and production teams to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing analogue and digital circuits for naval machinery.
• Practical knowledge of schematics and PCB layout.
• Familiar with EMI MIL-STD-461 is an asset.
• Ability to design and maintain electronic systems for military naval applications.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams.

Electrical EngineerAs a qualified electrical engineer with experience designing analogue and digital circuits for machine automation, you will be developing naval machinery and you will be expected to organize and lead projects. Projects will begin with assisting in the preparation of estimates and technical write-ups through project planning, design, troubleshooting, through qualification testing and possible set-to-work activities on-board naval vessels.Location: Mississauga, ONSalary: $85,000 to 100,000Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Ontario.
