We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical LOTO Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting field teams and ensuring safe isolation and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

You’ll bridge hands-on field execution with administrative oversight, ensuring EHS compliance, proper documentation, and seamless operations. This role is essential to maintaining a safe and efficient electrical work environment on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage LOTO procedures on electrical installations
• Coordinate and document LOTO activities across project and operational teams
• Operate the LOTO control office: issue, track, and close permits
• Physically isolate electrical panels, MCCs, switchboards, and more
• Act as Authorized Person (AP) for permitting and electrical work
• Support energization and de-energization efforts during commissioning
• Maintain isolation records in internal systems

What You Bring

• Certification as an Electrician, Electrical Installer, or Electrical Engineer
• Hands-on experience with LOTO procedures and safety systems
• Bonus: Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with digital permit systems and isolation record platforms
• Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, single-line drawings, and lockout schematics
