Lauren Services is seeking an Intermediate Electrical Designer with 4+ years of experience in EPC, EPCM, or engineering consulting environments, supporting oil and gas midstream, pipeline, and industrial facility projects.

You will take ownership of electrical and controls deliverables, collaborating across disciplines and progressing work from development through field execution. The role offers a hybrid work model and emphasizes practical, constructible design.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology; a bachelor’s degree may be considered with relevant hands-on electrical design experience.
• 4+ years of electrical design experience within an EPC, EPCM, or engineering consulting environment in Oil & Gas.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of assigned electrical and controls design deliverables, progressing work with limited supervision and engaging technical leads when appropriate.
• Prepare and maintain electrical design deliverables (cable tray layouts, lighting, grounding plans, power layouts, load lists, single-line diagrams, schematics, control panels, cable schedules).
• Perform electrical design calculations (voltage drop, lighting levels, tray fill, heat trace).
• Review drawings/field data to identify scope gaps and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support 3D model development and digital workflows; ensure quality and constructibility.
