SolutionAir Limited is hiring an Electrical Assembler in Winnipeg. The role offers $20.77 per hour with advancement opportunities.

Assemble electrical components, panels and subassemblies per engineering drawings; perform wiring and basic testing where required. Use precision tools to ensure accuracy and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced cell.

Electrical Assembler

The Successful Candidate’s Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assemble electrical components, panels, and subassemblies in accordance with engineering drawings and breakdowns
• Perform electrical wiring and basic testing where required
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy
• Maintain quality standards and follow procedures outlined in the Manufacturing Guidelines
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Follow health and safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Contribute to team productivity by supporting other tasks within the cell as needed

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will Have:

• Good attendance record, strong safety awareness, and a collaborative attitude are essential
• Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting as part of daily tasks
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and breakdowns
• Strong ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines
• Commitment to producing high-quality products
• Familiarity with products and processes within this production cell is an asset
• Skilled in the use of precision measurement instruments
• Background in electrical wiring is a strong asset
