Job summary

PTW Energy Services, Inc. is seeking skilled electricians for a short-term project near Saskatoon. We welcome 3rd/4th year apprentices and Journeyman Electricians to install electrical systems on industrial sites, read blueprints, and ensure safety compliance.

You will perform cable routing, equipment mounting, inspections, and tests, while collaborating with other trades. Competitive pay, OT, and benefits apply after probation.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate (Red Seal preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction electrical work.
• Valid Fall Protection, Standard First Aid and CSTS 2020.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and OH&S requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficient with hand tools, testing devices, and electrical equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexible availability for shift work, overtime, and weekends.
• Ability to work in heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Perform extensive cable pulling, cable routing, tie-wrapping, and equipment mounting.
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical code, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites.
• Complete documentation, work orders, and reports as required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Shift:12on and 2off (6 weeks total)
• Overtime opportunities paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate
