Graybar Canada in Oshawa, ON, is seeking an Account Manager (Electrical) to develop new business and service existing customers with Graybar's full product line. This hunting role focuses on growing revenue while delivering exceptional customer care and aligned with corporate goals.

Ideal candidates have a technical or business diploma, 3 years of sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Related diploma/degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Three years of relevant sales or industry experience.
• Passion for sales and hunter mentality.
• Knowledge of electrical wholesale industry is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek new customers in the territory to secure profitable business.
• Attain revenue targets per Business Plan.
• Promote and sell Graybar Canada products to existing customers.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, credit terms, warranties and delivery dates.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows and sales meetings as required.
• Create and execute an AMP (Account Management Program) that ensures appropriate sales coverage of all assigned accounts.
• Create and execute a CSP (Core Supplier Plan) to increase core supplier product sales.
• Team up with other Graybar sales specialists to leverage total Graybar solution capability.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policy.
• Strive for continuous growth and improvement.
