Job summary

Infinity Women Secretariat seeks a full-time Manager of Centre Operations, based in Winnipeg, MB, to lead safe, compliant operation of the Infinity Women Secretariat Child Care Centre within IWS policies and approved budgets.

The role requires ELCC leadership experience, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and knowledge of Manitoba licensing requirements, with preference for Red River Métis applicants. A satisfactory criminal record check is required prior to start.

Qualifications

• ECE III Diploma required; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive ELCC leadership/management experience.
• Experience overseeing licensed childcare centres or programs.
• Strong knowledge of Manitoba ELCC licensing requirements and compliance processes.
• Budgeting, record keeping, and ability to prepare funding proposals.
• Strong written reporting skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Must have Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector, Adult Abuse Registry, and Child Abuse Registry checks.
• Ability to travel and a valid Manitoba Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and oversight for Infinity Women Secretariat Child Care Centre.
• Coordinate Centre operations and ELCC projects efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Monitor operations through meetings, reporting, and site visits.
• Develop and maintain procedures to maximize operating efficiencies.
• Ensure consistent implementation of IWS policies and standards across Centres.
• Identify operational concerns and ensure follow-up and resolution.
