Job summary

Think Academy International seeks an ELA Teacher Recruitment & Training Specialist to build and manage the teaching team for the US Online ELA program. Based in our downtown Toronto office, you will lead from candidate sourcing to onboarding and ongoing training, ensuring teachers meet our instructional standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear spoken and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, HR or related field.
• Prior tutoring or teaching assistant experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and own the student experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach live online ELA small-group classes for elementary students.
• Source candidates through job boards, universities, referrals, and educator networks.
• Screen, interview, and conduct teaching demos for candidates.
• Onboard and train new ELA teachers; monitor and improve teaching quality.
