Job summary

Alstom is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to drive environmental, health, and safety excellence across our operations. You will own complex challenges, embedding a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

With a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in EHS management in industrial or transportation settings, you will lead risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives, collaborating across teams to deliver measurable safety

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience in industrial or transportation sectors.
  • Proficiency in EHS regulations, risk assessment tools, and incident management systems.
  • Strong understanding of safety management systems, compliance frameworks, and sustainability principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable EHS strategies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across all operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety culture and share best practices.
  • Monitor and enhance reliability of EHS systems, reducing incidents and ensuring operational integrity.
  • Lead innovation in risk assessment, hazard mitigation, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through training, workshops, and mentoring to elevate EHS awareness.
