Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales results within their assigned market and/or geographic area, securing new and increased business to meet sales targets.
- Generate sales and provide solutions to customers.
- Demonstrate products to prospective customers.
- Present to individuals or groups on company products and technology.
- Share project information and marketing intelligence with colleagues.
- Complete and submit sales reports as required.
- Act as a liaison with inside sales and technical teams for customer-related issues.
- Stay updated on market fluctuations, competitor activities, and market performance.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews and sales forecasts.
- Prepare and submit expense reports promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma; post-secondary technical education in instruments, process control, or electronics preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial sales experience is advantageous.
- Product knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is helpful.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Languages: English required; German and French are beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Hours
Salary based on experience and qualifications.
Office hours typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with additional hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- At least 1 year of computer skills experience.
- At least 2 years of technical sales experience.
