Job description

Account Service Representative - Night Shift

The Account Service Representative is responsible for processing routine data entry and online input of transactions using a basic understanding of products and processes. Activities may also include balancing transactions and deposits received from clients and branches, with an emphasis on throughput, accuracy, and production.

Night Shift - Midnight to 8:00 AM (various schedules)

What will you do?
  1. Follow standard processes as outlined in Folio guidelines, policies, processes, and procedures; refer items outside established standards to the Manager.
  2. Process work volumes and provide consistent service within established benchmarks, contributing to the achievement of business SLA/KPI.
  3. Examine all documents for completeness and ensure quality and accuracy of daily responsibilities, focusing on an improved client experience.
  4. Understand, accept, and support changes related to their role and client fulfillment.
  5. Follow operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines diligently.
  6. Review, understand, and adhere to all authorities for the role.
  7. Take personal accountability for high achievement; participate actively in coaching routines and learning opportunities to improve individual and team contributions.
  8. Support a client-first mindset through effective communication and positive behaviors.
