As a life and health insurance professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively to proactively sell insurance products and services, including life, health, disability, and critical illness insurance, tailored to the needs of Desjardins members and clients.
- Assessing client satisfaction and service quality, following up, and implementing improvements as needed.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with referral sources, targeting and analyzing potential member/client files.
- Acting on business opportunities and presenting information to partners to help members and clients achieve their financial goals.
- Monitoring industry trends to identify business development opportunities and staying informed about new products and trends.
