War Room is looking for an Account Coordinator to join their team in Vancouver.

About the Role:

War Room is looking for an Account Coordinator to support our growing accounts team and assist in handling our growing client base. In this role, you will contribute to team efforts, assist in client tasks, and support data analysis to facilitate informed decision-making within the team.

Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver and our office hours are 9-5 pm.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Assist in maintaining internal documentation and communications related to client projects
  • Support the team in preparing campaign results and insights for internal review
  • Help track and report on campaign performance for both clients and internal stakeholders

Project Assistance

  • Aid in managing project scopes, timelines, schedules, and documentation.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and preparing reports to assess campaign success

Team Support and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Optimization Managers, Technical Marketing, Project Managers, and Data Analysts
  • Help gather data and prepare materials for strategy discussions
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient team operations
Skills + Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a support role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing basics and willingness to learn more
  • Some experience in handling documentation and supporting project management
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and data organization
  • Experience supporting multiple accounts while dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with project management tools and G Suite
  • Educational background in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications
