Customer Support Advisor | Compressed Air Solutions

A new opportunity awaits you as a Customer Support Advisor within our team. You will be responsible for meeting Topring customers' needs and offering tailored solutions while building trusting relationships.

Topring is a proudly Canadian company, well established in Granby, that brings its expertise in compressed air to the manufacturing, automotive, and construction sectors. With our wide range of solutions and personalized advice, we help our customers improve productivity, reduce accident risks and save energy.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Answer incoming calls and understand customers' needs.
  • Advise clients on our products and offer solutions tailored to their business reality.
  • Accurately process and input orders, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Provide support for minor technical issues and coordinate with internal specialists for more complex problems.
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with internal departments.
  • Promote the added value of Topring's offerings and their benefits.
  • Rigorously follow established procedures and processes to ensure consistent service and team efficiency.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
  • College diploma in administration, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of compressed air systems or a strong interest in learning about it.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
  • Proficiency in IT and the ability to manage software and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving office environment.
  • Curiosity and aptitude for understanding and explaining technical concepts.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • This is a permanent full-time position based in Granby, with the opportunity to work remotely two days a week.
