MaxSys Staffing and Consulting - an Agilus company is looking for a HR Strategist, Senior to continue the optimization research, development, implementation and management of the Directorate comprising Finance, HR, Business Planning, Resource Management, Governance and Corporate Reporting functions supporting Cyber Command.

Job Details:

We're Hiring: HR Strategist

Location: Ottawa, ON

Contract Duration: June 2025 – May 2026

Hours: 37.5 per week

️ Requirement: Bilingual – English & French

Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required

Must-Haves (no exceptions):

• Must have Masters Degree either in Business Administration or in Public Administration.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in development of Strategic Staffing Plans.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Lead, coordinate, communicate and deliver the annual strategic Business Plan.
• Consult with stakeholders, review and analyze information and develop strategies and plans for continuous improvement.
• Identify major program issues, problem areas, policies or program activities that require review or enhancement and conducts the analysis and studies or other types of reviews that are deemed appropriate.
• Provide strategic support and advice to the Deputy Commander (and other senior managers), particularly regarding highly sensitive issues such as workforce management and corporate performance management
