We’re looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our dynamic call center team!

As a Call Center Agent, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide tailored solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour (approx. $36,000 per year)

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate and timely information, solutions, and assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Update customer accounts and records with relevant information and notes.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to work full-time (40-hours per week) year round.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • No extended time off or vacation within the first 6 months of employment.

Education & Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • Bachelor's or Diploma in a related field is preferred but not required.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and customer management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
