We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Collections Agent. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Responsibilities

1. Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect overdue payments
2. Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding debts
3. Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately in the system
4. Follow up with customers to ensure payment agreements are upheld
5. Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving collection efforts
6. Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulations
