Join Our Team as a Sales & Leasing Director at Ray Stone Incorporated

Ray Stone Incorporated is seeking an experienced Sales & Leasing Director to join our team at Winding Commons. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers scheduled hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM.

Job Summary

Responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and cultivating referral relationships within designated territories. Provides leadership, training, and marketing support to staff, designing and implementing lead generation activities, and tracking leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective residents, their families, and friends to promote our senior independent living community.
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with local and professional networks serving seniors.
  • Create and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
  • Participate in lead-generating events, offering tours, overnight stays, or meals to prospective residents.
  • Conduct personalized tours, build relationships, and convert prospects into residents using excellent sales skills.
  • Maintain communication, follow-up, and closing with prospects and their families in a caring manner.
  • Analyze marketing expenditures and ROI, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Uphold high standards of ethics and personal accountability.
  • Assist in resident retention and support community administration tasks.
  • Ensure attendance, professional appearance, confidentiality, and effective communication.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of successful direct sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in generating sales leads through networking preferred.
  • Prior residential leasing experience and familiarity with Align and Yardi systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Experience working with senior citizens and knowledge of related laws preferred.

Physical Demands

Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, crouch, kneel, and climb stairs as required. Most work is performed in an office environment, involving standard office equipment and computer use. Visual acuity for reading and data analysis is necessary.
