Job description

Winding Commons is looking for an experienced Sales & Leasing Director to join our team. This position is full time, benefit eligible. Scheduled hours are from Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Job Summary :

Generate leads and close sales utilizing Ray Stone’s grassroots approach to achieve sales and marketing goals for the designated RSI community. Generate and cultivate referral relationships within the territory. Provide leadership, communication, and marketing training to staff under the guidance of the Director of Marketing. Design and implement lead generation activities, monitor and track leads, and provide lead management training when needed.

Job Duties :
  1. Make outbound calls inviting prospective residents, their families, and friends to experience RSI senior independent living community.
  2. Cultivate and maintain referral relationships with local and professional networks serving the senior community.
  3. Develop and implement marketing plans in conjunction with the Director of Marketing.
  4. Participate in all lead-generating events and offer seniors tours, overnight stays, or meals to showcase the community's benefits.
  5. Provide customized tours to prospective residents, nurturing relationships and converting prospects into residents.
  6. Demonstrate excellent communication, follow-up, and closing skills with seniors and their families in a warm, caring manner.
  7. Provide budget analysis of marketing expenditures and ROI results.
  8. Update competitor reports and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Uphold high standards of ethics and personal accountability.
  10. Assist the Community Administrator with assigned tasks.
  11. Meet all job requirements; maintain regular attendance.
  12. Maintain a professional appearance and keep all business information confidential.
  13. Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • One to three years of successful direct sales experience preferred.
  • At least one year of generating sales leads through networking preferred.
  • Prior experience in Residential Leasing.
  • Experience with Align and Yardi systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Experience serving senior citizens and knowledge of related laws and regulations preferred.
