Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a 310T Truck & Coach Technician for our Cardinal Peterbilt location. This position is responsible for the diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of trucks, trailers, buses, and coaches in a shop environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate the working condition of, diagnose, assemble/disassemble, and repair on-road equipment efficiently and effectively.
  2. Use secondary materials and equipment safely.
  3. Operate related instruments, hand/power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems.
  4. Accurately document all machine information, actions taken, and time spent on work orders.
  5. Continuously assess service task hazards and ensure work is performed safely and according to standards.
  6. Utilize computer applications and information systems to document maintenance, inspections, and diagnoses.
  7. Collaborate with equipment engineers to diagnose issues and fulfill warranty requirements.
  8. Road test equipment and verify repairs as needed.
  9. Perform other duties as required.
