  • Managing high-risk cases involving legislative compliance and firm policies.
Candidate Responsibilities

The role involves:

  • Promoting the CLO’s brand through a customer-centric approach.

  • Training clients on system use and request submissions.
  • Conducting due diligence and maintaining documentation for compliance and reporting.
  • Managing complex cases involving negotiations and legal considerations.
  • Supporting change management initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Responding to inquiries, providing reports, and leading educational sessions.
Qualifications
  • College or University degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years’ experience with contract labor or contingent workforce management.
  • Experience drafting third-party agreements and liaising with multiple parties.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes related to resourcing.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle high-volume cases.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ServiceNow and Flextrack is an asset.
