Your Role as a Pharmacist Manager :
Ensure compliance with Provincial Pharmacy Regulations and Practice Standards
Follow Provincial Drug Formulary and advise on regulatory changes
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to Privacy Act guidelines
Ensure compliance with NIHB Claims Submission
Oversee store operations and pharmacy standards
Lead and mentor pharmacy staff with training, support, and management
Deliver patient-focused care , working alongside healthcare professionals and community agencies
Foster strong relationships with Healthcare Centers, Nursing Stations, and Physician Clinics
Identify business opportunities to better serve the community
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Licensed Pharmacist in a relevant Canadian province
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Commitment to ongoing education and licensure maintenance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Previous management experience (preferred, but not required)
Experience with pharmacy software programs (Kroll experience is a plus!)
Passionate about making a meaningful impact in remote communities
Ability to manage a team of 2-3 staff members
