Your Role as a Pharmacist Manager

You will ensure the pharmacy's operational, regulatory, and professional services meet standards to provide excellent patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with Provincial Pharmacy Regulations and Practice Standards
  • Follow Provincial Drug Formulary and advise on regulatory changes
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to the Privacy Act
  • Ensure compliance with NIHB Claims Submission
  • Follow Store Operating Procedures and maintain Operational Standards
  • Manage pharmacy staff including training and leadership
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Licensed by the Provincial College of Pharmacists
  • Ability to work independently
  • Maintain Continuing Education for licensure
  • Effective communication skills
  • Management experience (preferably 1 year) and community focus
  • Experience with Pharmacy Software Programs, including Kroll (asset)
  • Passion for community health and well-being
