Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is between $50,000.00 / yr and $70,000.00 / yr, based on skills and experience. During the initial training period, you'll earn a weekly salary of $1,000 for the first 2 weeks. Post-training, the role becomes exempt, and your earnings depend on individual performance and incentives, with an expected annual range of $50,000-$70,000. Benefits include medical, dental, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) with match, and a traditional pension plan.
