Our Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple business channels (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store location, including but not limited to:

• Engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results
• Building relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact
• Demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
• Encouraging and participating in team selling to meet store sales and metric goals
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and inventory counts
• Handling transactions as a cashier at the point of sale

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to reach merchandise or supplies, and distinguish fabric patterns and colors

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00/hr

We consider individual skills, background, and experience when determining final salary. Base pay is based on market location and may be subject to legal wage standards. There may be opportunities to work across multiple store locations and brands.
