A Seasonal Sales Associate will work in various Salesfloor/Garden Centre departments as per business needs. As a sales associate, you will help customers understand their needs and assist in selecting the right products. Knowledgeable sales professionals can make recommendations that solve customer problems and enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

1. Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
2. Understand customer needs and guide them to the best solutions for their projects.
3. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
4. Take initiative and confidently interact with customers.
5. Produce quotes, material lists, and follow-ups.
6. Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service.
7. Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
8. Continuously learn about products and market conditions.
