Salary and Benefits
As a Sales Development Representative at haart Estate Agents in Walderslade, you will receive:
- £25,000 basic salary
- Additional commission scheme

- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training and Development
Your journey will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, which includes:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester
Impact and Responsibilities
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
- Manage valuation generation activities within the branch
- Proactively communicate with valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
- Fulfill call-out campaigns and maintain ROSIE standards
- Prepare updates for the Morning Meeting on valuation pipeline
- Implement structured door-knocking and canvassing strategies
- Engage in daily 1:1 coaching sessions
- Manage portal opportunities through Rightmove and On The Market
- Respond to intranet leads and manage local prospecting activities
- Build brand reputation through social media and video
- Handle inbound calls and convert opportunities
- Seek opportunities for Google reviews to enhance reputation

Minimum Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence
